HIRING: MARKETING & OPERATIONS [ENTRY LEVEL]
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Operations Team Member. No prior experience is required; we value a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn above all else.
In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and implementing strategies to expand our brand's reach while also streamlining operational processes. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, from product development to channel expansion, ensuring our products find their way into the hands of both new and existing customers. Operations responsibilities will involve supporting the day-to-day functioning of our online and retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the brand's social media accounts to engage our target audience, grow our follower base, and boost brand visibility.
- Maintain relationships with our consignment partners and seek new brands that align with our values, providing opportunities to sell their products in our store.
- Manage marketing activities to boost brand awareness and drive sales, including consignment partnerships with other brands, product placement in other retail/online stores, engaging with existing designers, seeking new ones for Collab+ campaigns, and collaborating with affiliates and organizations.
- Handle in-store and online marketing tasks, including optimizing product placement for easy customer access, planning weekly e-newsletters, updating online store products, and improving the online user experience to drive sales.
- Participate in retail store shifts, including cashier duties on weekdays (weekends only needed on Christmas season December, limited pop up markets, and urgent need basis)
- Assist with daily operations, such as organizing product storage, managing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling online orders.
- Operating basic machinery for on-demand printing, like jewelry engraving and t-shirt printing.
- These responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed to meet operational requirements and company goals.

HIRING: PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
In charge of shooting/styling/editing lifestyle products, managing social accounts, and other needs of the team. You will learn the behind the scenes process of creating inspirational photos, and utilise different channels to reach out to and inspire multitude of people.
- Singaporean or PR / Other nationalities that are part of a local University Internship Programme
- Comes in 3-5 times a week
- Proficiency in shooting and using relevant editing softwares (photoshop, lightroom)
- Able to commit at least 3-6 months
- Able to meet deadlines
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, willing to learn

In charge of creating products, collaterals, and other projects of the team. You will learn the process of creating products from scratch to implementation to marketing materials that support the sales of the created products.

- Proficiency in design softwares (photoshop, illustrator)
- Possess drawing/calligraphy skill is a plus

In charge of planning and expanding the brand to reach out to more people and improving management system. You will learn the business behind product creation to expanding channels that will deliver our products to the hands of current and new customers.
- Singaporean or PR / Other nationalities that are part of a local University Internship Programme
- Comes in 3-5 times a week
- Proficiency in Excel/Word or other relevant business software
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Able to commit at least 3-6 months
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, willing to learn
