We have the choice to grow and not stay in the same place. We don’t want to be the same person in the same place laughing at the same jokes - we want to look back and say “WOW LOOK WHERE GOD HAS BROUGHT ME!”
Sometimes it may feel like you’re stuck on the same page of your journey - the same season. We ALL go through seasons and we can’t choose the season we’re in, but our spirit can change. We’re going back to work tomorrow, but with a new spirit! Don’t let the devil tell you that the page you’re on is going to stay that way!
2 points on living as a page turner:
- Realise that you can’t always have what you want but you have to grow anyway. If something you’ve prayed for hasn’t happened yet, trust Him. He’s stronger and faithful - He hasn’t failed and He isn’t going to suddenly start with you.
- Realise that not every fight is yours to fight. Don’t fight every fight that is before you, instead ask God to lead you in the direction you should go, otherwise you will miss the miracles that would be right in front of you.
In these seasons, we will naturally look at others and ask them to change, but we need less fingers and more thumbs in the Kingdom of God. When there is change in you, there will be change around you. You’ll be so filled with the Holy Spirit changing your life!
