a) Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We are located at 231 Bain Street (Bras Basah Complex) #04-41 Singapore 180231.

b) What are your operating hours?

The following are our usual operating hour. However, do keep a look on our Instagram page for updates on breaks.

Monday - Friday: 12pm - 2pm, 3pm-7.30pm
*Lunch Break, Monday - Friday: 2pm - 3pm
Saturday: 12.30pm - 6.30pm
*Closed: Sunday & Public Holiday's


c) I am planning to get an engraving order. Can I drop by the store and get it on the spot?

We do provide on the spot engraving within 15 - 25 mins. However, do check with us through email or Instagram DM to see if engraving is available that day.

d) I need my order by a certain date. When should I order to receive it on time?

We would recommend making your purchase in advance based on the following conditions,

Local orders (with mailing): Minimum 8 days**
Local orders (self-collection): Minimum 2 days

International Orders: Minimum 14 days**

We recommend opting for self-collection for orders needed within the same week.


e) I am interested in a/ some item(s) from The Commandment Co, but I do not have an online mode of payment. Can I make a reservation?

a) Do you ship overseas?

The Commandment Co ships worldwide! We ship items through Qxpress or through our local mailing company, SingPost.

b) How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on local or overseas orders. You can check the cost after entering your details at the checkout page, or find out more under the “SHIPPING INFO” tab at the bottom of the website.

c) How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes a maximum of 4 days for local orders, and 14 days for international order. Find out more under “SHIPPING INFO

d) Why can’t I track my delivery with the tracking number provided?

Please give at least 24 working hours* from the time you receive the “Shipping Confirmation” for an update on the status of your parcels tracking number.

e) Why is my tracking status not updated after 24 working hours?

Unfortunately, there might be an error with the tracking system. Do drop us an email at hi.thecommandmentco@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

f) Why is my tracking status stuck at "Arrival at Destination Post"

Unfortunately, online tracking for registered mail sent from Singapore to certain countries will not be visible. Therefore, the complete final delivery status will not be updated after "Arrival at Destination Post".

g) I opted for self-collection, when will I know if my order is ready for collection?

The Commandment Co team will drop you an email with our address and operating hours to inform you once your order is ready for collection.



a) What payment methods are available?

We accept payment through AMEX (Amercian Express), Apple Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa and local payment modes though PayLah/ PayNow/ bank transfer.
