Scripture tells us that “Without faith it is impossible to please God” (Heb 11:6). This means that we can be obedient but we still won’t please God if we have a sour attitude. It’s possible that we can help those in need, volunteer, and donate (which are good things we should do) and still not please God.

If we’re not believing for things bigger than what we can achieve, not counting on difficult situations to turn around, not expecting newer levels, then we’re not releasing our faith. Even in the waiting, thank God for opening the doors we can’t open. Even in the disappointment, thank God that He’s still bringing His promises to pass!

If you’ve been praying, believing and expecting for some time now, don’t give up! Stay in faith and get ready, because God is full of surprises. Many times he does things suddenly, out of the ordinary, especially when we don’t see it coming at all!
 
 
 
 
 Expect His goodness, and you’ll please God :))
