The Lord holds our lives tightly in His hands. He knows when we sit and when we rise - He knows every thought and every word. He is deeply involved in our lives and even in the mess of who we are, He loves us deeply.
“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” Ps 143:8
Every morning when you awake, take a few moments to just rest in the love of the Lord. Meditate and think upon His great love for you - how you have breath in your lungs, and how His mercies for you are new every morning.
When any fears or anxieties for the day arise in your mind or heart, gently lay them at the feet of Jesus. Choose to trust in the goodness and the faithful hand of God. Your life is in His hands, and you do not need to be afraid!
