Many things on earth are temporary - even our lives on earth are temporary! There is very little that will stand the test of time. The only thing that can reliably persist to the end is the word of God.
“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.” Isaiah 40:8
Human wisdom may change as the times change, but what doesn't change is the wisdom of God, found in His word. His word is alive and dynamic, it speaks to different generations throughout the ages, moving hearts and mending lives.
Have you ever read the same verse multiple times, and have it speak to you in different ways through different circumstances? That’s God’s word coming alive in you!
