Jesus loves me, this I know—for the Bible tells me so!

As we begin this new year, there’s no better truth to anchor our hearts than this: Jesus loves you.

Where does the Bible tell us about this love?

From cover to cover, the Bible tells the story of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration. It’s a story of God’s relentless love that pursues us—again and again—even when we turn away.

The climax of this love story is found in Jesus, the Son of God, who laid down His life for us, paying the price for sin that we could never pay.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:13

This is exactly what Jesus did for you.

There is no greater love than the love of Jesus. The entire Bible points us to this truth: a love that is sacrificial, eternal, and unchanging.

So, dear Child of God, as you step into this new year, if you’re feeling unloved, unwanted, or uncertain, know that those feelings are lies.

You are dearly loved and deeply cherished by your Creator.
