Exchange and Refund Policy

Important: Please note that exchanges and refunds are distinct processes. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined below.

 

Exchange Policy
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Request Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 working days of purchase.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Limitations: Each item is eligible for only one exchange.
  • Value Requirement: Exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value. Customers are responsible for paying the difference for higher-priced items.

Non-exchangeable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • T-shirts
  • Cups and tumblers
  • Earrings
  • Customised goods
  • Mugs and other personalised items

If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please email us within 3 working days of receiving your delivery at hi.thecommandmentco@gmail.com with the relevant information (As stated after this) of the item you would wish to exchange.

Information to include in your email (Apply where applicable):

  1. Description of the item
  2. Photo of the item
  3. Order Number (Online Order)
  4. Email of the account that was made to purchase (Online Order)
  5. Receipt Photo (Instore purchase)

 

Return Shipping Process:

  • Your return must be shipped back within 7 working days of receiving the delivery.
  • We will only send you the new item within 7 working days upon receiving your return.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: If the exchanged item is of lesser value, there will be no refund for the balance.

 

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • For sold-out items (online or in-store, including engraved items).
  • If an exchanged product remains defective after being replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Important Points to Note:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded; only regular-priced items qualify.

(International Orders) Reshipment and Refund Options:

  • We offer the customer the following options:
    • Reshipment (if the customer agrees to pay the shipping fee).
    • Refund of the product price if the return was due to the customer's error (unclaimed parcel, given wrong address), or full refund if the error was on the company's part.

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Shipping Information:
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
