1) GENERAL
a) Do you have a physical store?Yes! We are located at 231 Bain Street (Bras Basah Complex) #04-41 Singapore 180231.
b) What are your operating hours?
The following are our usual operating hour. However, do keep a look on our Instagram page for updates on breaks.
Monday - Friday: 12pm - 7.00pm**Saturday: 12.30pm - 6.30pm
*Closed: Sunday & Public Holiday's

c) I am planning to get an engraving order. Can I drop by the store and get it on the spot?We do provide on the spot engraving within 15 - 25 mins. However, do check with us through email or Instagram DM to see if engraving is available that day.
d) I need my order by a certain date. When should I order to receive it on time?
We would recommend making your purchase in advance based on the following conditions,
Local orders (with mailing): Minimum 8 days**
Local orders (self-collection): Minimum 2 days
International Orders:
Malaysia - 14 days**
Other Countries - 3-5 weeks**
We recommend opting for self-collection for orders needed within the same week.
e) I am interested in a/ some item(s) from The Commandment Co, but I do not have an online mode of payment. Can I make a reservation?
Do drop us an email hi.thecommandmentco@gmail.com and we will assist you with the order.
2) SHIPPING/ COLLECTION
a) Do you ship overseas?The Commandment Co ships worldwide! We ship items through Qxpress or through our local mailing company, SingPost.
b) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on local or overseas orders. You can check the cost after entering your details at the checkout page, or find out more under the “SHIPPING INFO” tab at the bottom of the website.
c) How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes a maximum of 4 days for local orders, and a minimum of 14 days for international orders. Find out more under “SHIPPING INFO”
d) Why can’t I track my delivery with the tracking number provided?
Please give at least 24 working hours* from the time you receive the “Shipping Confirmation” for an update on the status of your parcels tracking number.
e) Why is my tracking status not updated after 24 working hours?
Unfortunately, there might be an error with the tracking system. Do drop us an email at hi.thecommandmentco@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
f) Why is my tracking status stuck at "Arrival at Destination Post"
Unfortunately, online tracking for registered mail sent from Singapore to certain countries will not be visible. Therefore, the complete final delivery status will not be updated after "Arrival at Destination Post". However, do drop us an email and we will help you look into it.
g) I opted for self-collection, when will I know if my order is ready for collection?
The Commandment Co team will drop you an email with our address and operating hours to inform you once your order is ready for collection.
3) PAYMENT
a) What payment methods are available?We accept payment through AMEX (Amercian Express), Apple Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa and local payment modes though PayLah/ PayNow/ bank transfer.
4) MEMBERSHIP
a) How do I register for a membership?Simply click on "Register" on the top right by hovering over "Account" (on desktop), or click on the 3 lines on the top left (on mobile) and scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
b) Do I have to pay for memberhship?Membership is free! So register with us now to receive Membership Perks, Birthday Discounts & Newsletters
c) How do I login to my account?Simply click on "Log In" on the top right by hovering over "Account" (on desktop), or click on the 3 lines on the top left (on mobile) and scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
d) I can't seem to login to my account, and clicking "Forgot your Password?" does not work. What should I do?Your account is most likely not verified. Drop us an email at hi.thecommandmentco@gmail.com and we will send you a verification email again.
e) How do I check my existing points?Click on "Earn Rewards" on the bottom (mobile) or left (desktop) of your screen, and login to your account to check your available points.
f) How do I redeem my points for discounts?Log in to your account and click on "Earn Rewards" on the bottom (mobile) or left (desktop) of your screen. Based on your existing points, your can redeem discounts based on the different tiers.***
g) Does the points expire?Your points will not expire! (: So accumulate as much points as you want to hit the highest tier.
h) When will my points be awarded to me?After making your purchase and the payment is complete, points will be awarded to your account to be used on your next purchase.
i) My birthday is coming up soon, when will I receive the birthday reward?Blessed Birthday!~ You should receive an email on your birthday itself with the promo code for the discount.****

** Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It will depend on the efficiency of the postage services.
*** Only 1 discount is applicable for each purchase. Discounts cannot be stacked or used for bundle/ items already on promotion.
**** Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days, from the day they signed up for the campaign.
