Why do we praise? We praise because God is worthy of our worship - because He is the Creator of Heaven and Earth, and because He is altogether good.
We praise Him for all that Jesus did for us on the cross, and we praise Him for how He is always at work in our lives, shaping and refining us to be a Holy people.
Psalms 150:6 says “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” - and indeed, let all of Creation praise Him!
Jesus Himself said that even the rocks would cry out if we withheld our praise, for that is just how magnificent and unyielding the glory of God is.
So, sing loudly when you worship God through songs, declare His goodness and faithfulness as you pray and testify to those around you about How God has been real and loving in your life.
Praise Him! For He is good.
