THE MESSENGER PARTNER PROGRAM

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 August 2026

The Messenger Partner Program (“Program”) is operated by The Commandment Co (“The Commandment Co”, “TCC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying to, joining, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”, “Affiliate”, “Messenger”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before participating.

1. About The Messenger Partner Program

The Messenger Partner Program allows approved individuals, creators, organisations, ministries, churches, businesses and other partners to promote eligible products from The Commandment Co and earn commission on qualifying sales attributed to them.

Our heart behind the Program is simple:

Share the Good News. Share what you love.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or partnership relationship between you and The Commandment Co.

You participate as an independent affiliate.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate independently in the Program. If you are under 18, you may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms on your behalf and may be required to provide payout information.

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • provide a valid email address;

  • provide valid payout information before receiving payments;

  • comply with all applicable laws, advertising requirements and platform rules; and

  • use the Program honestly and in good faith.

The Commandment Co reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Affiliate Approval

New applicants are generally subject to manual approval.

We may consider factors including, but not limited to:

  • your website or social media presence;

  • the nature of your audience;

  • how you intend to promote The Commandment Co;

  • brand suitability;

  • previous conduct;

  • suspected fraudulent or abusive activity; and

  • whether your participation is consistent with the purpose of the Program.

We are not required to provide a reason for declining an application.

4. Messenger Commission Levels

Approved affiliates generally begin at the Apprentice Messenger level unless otherwise assigned by The Commandment Co.

Current standard commission levels are:

🌱 Apprentice Messenger

7% commission

Starting level.

⭐ Junior Messenger

10% commission

Unlocked after generating at least:

SGD 250 in cumulative qualifying revenue

🌟 Captain Messenger

12% commission

Unlocked after generating at least:

SGD 1,000 in cumulative qualifying revenue

🏅 Master Messenger

15% commission

Unlocked after generating at least:

SGD 3,000 in cumulative qualifying revenue

👑 Grand Master Messenger

20% commission

Unlocked after generating at least:

SGD 10,000 in cumulative qualifying revenue

Unless otherwise stated, milestone revenue is calculated using qualifying affiliate-attributed sales recorded by our affiliate tracking system.

Messenger levels are currently structured as lifetime cumulative milestones and do not reset annually.

The Commandment Co may manually assign, upgrade or adjust an affiliate's commission plan where appropriate.

5. Commission Rates May Vary

The rates above are standard Program rates.

Certain:

  • products;

  • collections;

  • brands;

  • collaborations;

  • promotional campaigns;

  • wholesale items;

  • discounted products;

  • special releases; or

  • product categories

may carry a different commission rate or may be excluded from commission entirely.

Where a specific product or campaign has a special commission rate, that rate will take precedence over the affiliate's normal Messenger rate.

6. Affiliate Attribution

The Program currently uses a standard attribution period of:

60 days

When a visitor clicks your valid affiliate tracking link, qualifying purchases made within the applicable attribution period may be credited to you, subject to our tracking rules.

Attribution may be determined through methods including:

  • affiliate links;

  • cookies;

  • referral identifiers;

  • coupon codes;

  • Shopify integration;

  • server-side tracking; and

  • other tracking methods supported by our affiliate platform.

Attribution is subject to the technical tracking rules in place at the time of purchase.

7. Last-Click and Competing Affiliates

Where a customer interacts with more than one affiliate, attribution may be determined by the affiliate platform's applicable attribution method, which may include last-click attribution.

For example, if a customer first clicks Affiliate A's link and later clicks Affiliate B's link before purchasing, Affiliate B may receive attribution.

We are not responsible for commissions lost because another valid affiliate interaction supersedes an earlier referral.

8. Qualifying Sales

A commission may be earned when:

  1. a customer is properly attributed to you;

  2. the customer places an eligible order;

  3. payment is successfully received;

  4. the order is not fraudulent;

  5. the order is not cancelled, refunded or otherwise excluded;

  6. you comply with these Terms; and

  7. the transaction is successfully recorded by our affiliate tracking system.

Commission is generally calculated on the eligible commissionable value of the order.

Taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, refunds, discounts and other amounts may be excluded from the commissionable value where applicable.

9. Non-Qualifying Sales

Commission will not be payable on transactions including, but not limited to:

  • cancelled orders;

  • fully refunded orders;

  • fraudulent transactions;

  • chargebacks;

  • disputed payments;

  • payment failures;

  • duplicate transactions;

  • test orders;

  • self-referrals;

  • transactions intended primarily to exploit the Program;

  • unauthorised coupon or discount activity;

  • orders generated through prohibited promotional practices;

  • wholesale orders unless expressly included;

  • orders excluded by a specific campaign or product rule; or

  • transactions which The Commandment Co reasonably determines should not qualify.

10. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

If a customer:

  • cancels an order;

  • returns an order;

  • receives a refund;

  • disputes a transaction;

  • initiates a chargeback; or

  • uses a fraudulent or unauthorised payment method,

the corresponding affiliate commission may be:

  • cancelled;

  • reversed;

  • reduced;

  • withheld; or

  • deducted from future affiliate earnings.

This may apply even if the commission was previously approved.

Where a commission has already been paid, The Commandment Co may offset the reversed amount against future commissions or request repayment where appropriate.

11. Commission Holding Period

Affiliate commissions are currently subject to a:

45-day holding period

Sales younger than the holding period will generally not be included in an eligible payout batch.

The holding period allows time for matters such as:

  • returns;

  • refunds;

  • cancellations;

  • payment disputes;

  • fraud checks; and

  • chargebacks.

A 45-day holding period does not mean payment will occur exactly 45 days after the sale.

Payment timing also depends on the monthly payout schedule.

12. Payout Schedule

Eligible affiliate payments are generally processed:

Monthly, around the 10th of each month

Only commissions which have completed the applicable holding period and satisfy the other Program requirements are eligible.

If a commission becomes eligible after a payout cut-off, it may be carried forward to the next payout cycle.

The Commandment Co may delay a payout where additional review is reasonably required.

13. Minimum Payout

The current minimum cash payout threshold is:

SGD 20

If your eligible balance is below SGD 20, the balance will generally carry forward until you reach the minimum payout threshold.

14. Payout Methods

Available payout methods may include:

PayPal

Affiliates may receive commissions through a valid PayPal account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the PayPal email or account details you provide are correct and capable of receiving payments.

PayNow — Singapore Affiliates

Singapore-based affiliates may be offered manual PayNow payment.

Where PayNow is selected, you may be required to provide:

  • a Singapore mobile number registered with PayNow; and

  • the full name registered to that PayNow account.

The Commandment Co is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect payout details supplied by the affiliate.

Other Payment Methods

Wise, bank transfer or other payment options may be introduced, changed or removed from time to time.

Any payment processor fees, currency conversion costs, receiving fees or banking charges may be borne by the affiliate unless we expressly state otherwise.

15. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and complying with your own:

  • income tax;

  • goods and services tax;

  • VAT;

  • sales tax;

  • withholding tax;

  • reporting obligations; and

  • other tax requirements

arising from your participation in the Program.

The Commandment Co may request tax or identification information where required by law or by our payment provider.

We may withhold payments where legally required documentation has not been provided.

16. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link, referral code or other attribution mechanism primarily to earn commission on their own purchases.

This includes attempts to circumvent the rule by using:

  • another email address;

  • another account;

  • another payment method;

  • a related account; or

  • other artificial arrangements intended to generate commission for personal purchases.

Legitimate purchases by family members, friends or other persons may be reviewed where our fraud-prevention systems identify a possible self-referral.

The Commandment Co reserves the right to reject or reverse commissions associated with suspected self-referrals.

17. Affiliate Team / Referral Commissions

Where enabled by The Commandment Co, affiliates may be able to refer other affiliates to The Messenger Partner Program.

Eligible affiliates may receive an additional team or referral commission when affiliates they have introduced generate qualifying sales.

Current standard structure, where enabled:

Level 1

The affiliate who directly introduced the selling affiliate may receive:

5% of the selling affiliate's earned commission

Level 2

The affiliate who introduced the Level 1 affiliate may receive:

3% of the selling affiliate's earned commission

These percentages are calculated from the underlying affiliate's commission, not from the customer's total order value.

Example:

If an affiliate earns SGD 100 in commission:

  • Level 1 may earn SGD 5; and

  • Level 2 may earn SGD 3.

These are additional payments funded by The Commandment Co and are not deducted from the selling affiliate's normal commission.

Team commissions may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

The Program is primarily a product referral program. Affiliates must not represent The Messenger Partner Program as an investment scheme, guaranteed income opportunity, employment opportunity or get-rich-quick program.

18. Performance Bonuses and Content Rewards

From time to time, The Commandment Co may offer:

  • performance bonuses;

  • sales challenges;

  • content creation rewards;

  • campaign incentives;

  • seasonal bonuses;

  • referral contests; or

  • other promotional rewards.

Each campaign may have its own:

  • qualifying period;

  • requirements;

  • payment amount;

  • budget;

  • eligibility criteria; and

  • additional terms.

Campaign-specific terms will take precedence where they conflict with these general Terms.

Participation in one campaign does not guarantee future campaigns.

19. Promotional Standards

Affiliates must promote The Commandment Co honestly, accurately and responsibly.

You must not make:

  • false claims;

  • misleading representations;

  • fake testimonials;

  • deceptive statements;

  • exaggerated product claims;

  • misleading price claims;

  • false scarcity claims; or

  • claims about The Commandment Co that we have not authorised.

You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

20. Affiliate Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law, regulation or platform policy.

A disclosure should be easy for the audience to notice and understand.

Suitable disclosures may include:

“Affiliate link — I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

or:

“I may receive a commission from purchases made through this link.”

The disclosure should not be hidden in a long list of hashtags or placed where a reasonable viewer is unlikely to see it.

21. Email, Messaging and Spam

You may not promote The Commandment Co using unsolicited or unlawful:

  • email;

  • SMS;

  • WhatsApp messages;

  • Telegram messages;

  • direct messages;

  • automated messaging;

  • spam comments; or

  • other electronic communications.

You must comply with all applicable anti-spam, privacy and electronic marketing laws.

You may only contact people where you have the appropriate permission or lawful basis to do so.

22. Paid Advertising

Unless you receive written permission from The Commandment Co, affiliates may not bid on or purchase search advertising using:

  • “The Commandment Co”;

  • “The Messenger”;

  • our product names;

  • our trademarks;

  • common misspellings of our trademarks; or

  • other branded keywords

where the advertising could compete directly with The Commandment Co's own marketing.

You may not create advertisements which falsely appear to be official advertisements operated directly by The Commandment Co.

23. Domain Names and Social Media Accounts

Without written approval, affiliates may not register or operate:

  • websites;

  • domain names;

  • social media accounts;

  • usernames;

  • marketplace accounts; or

  • other digital properties

that could reasonably be mistaken for an official The Commandment Co account.

Examples of prohibited use may include domains or usernames substantially similar to:

  • The Commandment Co;

  • The Messenger;

  • The Messenger Partner Program; or

  • other TCC trademarks.

24. Coupon and Deal Websites

Affiliates may only promote coupon codes which have been:

  • issued to them;

  • published by The Commandment Co; or

  • expressly authorised for affiliate use.

Affiliates may not:

  • submit, publish, distribute, or cause The Commandment Co discount codes, promotional codes, or affiliate referral codes to be listed on third-party coupon, voucher, cashback, deal aggregation, or promotional-code websites without our prior written approval;
  • encourage or authorise third parties to publish their codes on such websites, or, after becoming aware of an unauthorised listing, fail to take reasonable steps to request its removal;

  • invent or advertise unauthorised discount codes;

  • scrape, obtain, or distribute private or unpublished codes;

  • misrepresent publicly available codes as exclusive;

  • use unauthorised coupon-injection techniques; or

  • use deceptive browser extensions or similar technology.

The Commandment Co may exclude coupon or deal websites and specific promotional methods from the Program. We may also reverse commissions arising from unauthorised coupon or deal website traffic and suspend or terminate affiliates who breach this policy.

25. Brand Assets

Approved affiliates may use authorised:

  • product images;

  • logos;

  • campaign creatives;

  • banners;

  • videos;

  • copy;

  • affiliate widgets; and

  • other marketing materials

provided by The Commandment Co for the purpose of promoting eligible products.

All intellectual property remains the property of The Commandment Co or its respective owner.

Your participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of any trademark, copyright, design or other intellectual property to you.

26. Modification of Brand Assets

You may resize or adapt authorised assets where reasonably necessary for your platform, provided that you do not:

  • materially alter our logo;

  • misrepresent our products;

  • remove required notices;

  • distort product colours or features;

  • make misleading claims; or

  • create content that damages the reputation of The Commandment Co.

Where we provide brand guidelines, you must comply with them.

27. Christian Identity and Brand Suitability

The Commandment Co is a Christian brand.

Affiliates are not required to share every view held by The Commandment Co, but promotion of our products must be conducted in a manner that does not intentionally misrepresent, ridicule or undermine the Christian nature of the brand.

We reserve the right to end a partnership where an affiliate's content, conduct or promotional activity creates a substantial brand-safety concern.

28. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not promote The Commandment Co alongside content which we reasonably consider to involve:

  • illegal activity;

  • fraud;

  • hate or harassment;

  • pornography or sexually explicit material;

  • violence or exploitation;

  • deceptive business practices;

  • impersonation;

  • malware;

  • phishing;

  • infringement of intellectual property; or

  • other conduct likely to cause significant harm to The Commandment Co or its customers.

29. Artificial Traffic and Manipulation

The following are prohibited:

  • fake clicks;

  • bot traffic;

  • click farms;

  • fabricated referrals;

  • artificial purchases;

  • cookie stuffing;

  • forced clicks;

  • hidden redirects;

  • unauthorised browser extensions;

  • incentivised actions not approved by The Commandment Co;

  • manipulation of tracking technology; or

  • any activity intended to falsely generate commissions.

Any related commissions may be cancelled and the affiliate account may be terminated immediately.

30. Customer Data

Affiliates do not acquire ownership of customers referred to The Commandment Co.

Customer information belongs to and is managed by The Commandment Co in accordance with applicable privacy policies and laws.

Affiliates must not attempt to obtain, scrape, misuse or exploit customer personal information through participation in the Program.

The amount and type of customer information visible in the affiliate portal may be limited for privacy and security reasons.

31. Social Media Account Connections

Affiliates may optionally connect certain social media accounts to the affiliate portal.

Where connected, the platform may access information permitted by the respective social platform, which may include information such as:

  • account identity;

  • follower or subscriber counts;

  • engagement information; and

  • other available audience data.

Connecting a social media account is generally optional unless otherwise stated for a particular campaign.

32. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account.

You must:

  • keep your login credentials secure;

  • not share authentication codes;

  • notify us if you suspect unauthorised access; and

  • ensure your account information remains accurate.

The Commandment Co is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

33. Tracking Technology

Affiliate tracking depends on technology including cookies, links, browser storage, integrations and third-party systems.

Although we take reasonable steps to operate accurate tracking, we cannot guarantee that every referral will always be captured.

Tracking may fail because of circumstances including:

  • blocked cookies;

  • privacy settings;

  • browser restrictions;

  • ad blockers;

  • customer device changes;

  • deleted cookies;

  • unsupported browsers;

  • customer use of another affiliate link;

  • third-party platform outages;

  • network errors; or

  • technical failures outside our reasonable control.

The records in our affiliate system will generally be treated as the authoritative record for calculating commissions.

34. Manual Referral Claims

Unless expressly enabled by The Commandment Co, affiliates may not manually claim referrals that were not captured by the tracking system.

If you believe a legitimate commission is missing, you may contact us with relevant supporting information.

We may investigate the transaction but are not obligated to manually assign attribution where reliable evidence is unavailable.

35. Inactive Accounts

The Commandment Co may review affiliate accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period.

We may contact inactive affiliates, suspend accounts or close accounts where appropriate.

Any valid unpaid commissions will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

36. Suspension and Termination

The Commandment Co may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation where we reasonably believe that the affiliate has:

  • breached these Terms;

  • committed fraud;

  • abused the Program;

  • engaged in self-referrals;

  • manipulated tracking;

  • misused our brand;

  • made misleading claims;

  • violated applicable laws;

  • caused significant brand-safety concerns; or

  • otherwise acted in a manner materially harmful to the Program.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

37. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • you must stop representing yourself as a current The Messenger Partner;

  • you must stop using materials where continued use would imply an active partnership;

  • referral links may stop functioning;

  • future commissions may stop accruing; and

  • unpaid commissions may be reviewed before payment.

Valid commissions earned before termination may still be paid after applicable holding periods, provided they were generated lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.

Commissions connected to fraud, abuse or violations may be withheld or cancelled.

38. Program Changes

The Commandment Co may update, modify, suspend or discontinue:

  • commission percentages;

  • milestone thresholds;

  • attribution periods;

  • holding periods;

  • payout thresholds;

  • payment methods;

  • team commissions;

  • product eligibility;

  • campaign rules;

  • Program features; or

  • these Terms.

Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting existing affiliates may be communicated through the affiliate portal, email or other appropriate channels.

Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

39. No Guaranteed Earnings

Participation in The Messenger Partner Program does not guarantee:

  • sales;

  • commission;

  • income;

  • traffic;

  • audience growth;

  • business success; or

  • any particular financial result.

Your earnings depend on factors including your promotional activity, audience, customer behaviour, product demand and other circumstances outside our control.

40. Independent Contractor

You participate as an independent contractor.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • an employment relationship;

  • agency;

  • legal partnership;

  • franchise;

  • fiduciary relationship; or

  • joint venture.

You have no authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of The Commandment Co.

41. No Authority to Represent The Commandment Co

You may identify yourself as an approved affiliate or Partner where appropriate.

However, you may not claim that you are:

  • an employee;

  • official spokesperson;

  • authorised representative;

  • agent; or

  • legal representative

of The Commandment Co unless we have expressly authorised that role in writing.

42. Confidential Information

From time to time, affiliates may receive non-public information including:

  • unreleased product information;

  • campaign plans;

  • launch dates;

  • pricing information;

  • private discount codes;

  • partner resources; or

  • other confidential commercial information.

Where information is identified as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential, you must not disclose it without permission.

43. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Commandment Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program, including loss caused by:

  • tracking failures;

  • platform interruptions;

  • third-party services;

  • lost traffic;

  • lost profits;

  • account suspension;

  • payment processor issues; or

  • changes to the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.

44. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your:

  • breach of these Terms;

  • unlawful promotional activity;

  • infringement of third-party rights;

  • misleading statements;

  • misuse of The Commandment Co intellectual property; or

  • violation of applicable laws.

45. Third-Party Platforms

The Program may rely on third-party services including:

  • Referly;

  • Shopify;

  • PayPal;

  • Wise;

  • Google;

  • social media platforms; and

  • other payment, analytics or technology providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Commandment Co does not control the operation or availability of third-party services.

46. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used for purposes including:

  • account administration;

  • affiliate tracking;

  • fraud prevention;

  • commission calculation;

  • payout processing;

  • communications;

  • campaign management;

  • analytics; and

  • legal or regulatory compliance.

Our handling of personal information is also subject to The Commandment Co's applicable Privacy Policy.

47. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Program or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

48. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

49. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any:

  • campaign-specific terms;

  • commission plan rules;

  • privacy policies;

  • written partner agreements; and

  • other Program policies expressly incorporated by reference

form the agreement governing your participation in The Messenger Partner Program.

Where you have a separate written agreement with The Commandment Co, that agreement may take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency.
