Wholesale Details
Wholesale Accounts are open to businesses located in a commercial setting open to public during regular business hours (minimum 5 day week), having normal operating expenses such as rent, salaries, etc., a sign visible to the public.
Below are our wholesale guidelines
Most of our products are 50% off for wholesale.
Licensed, third-party or selected products could have lower wholesale discount.
Wholesale guidelines
- first order will need a minimum of $600 (wholesale price)
- subsequent orders must total at least $300 (wholesale price)
- To maintain an active account status, annual order must be kept total a minimum of $1000 wholesale (wholesale price).
- If annual order falls below $1000, a minimum order of $600 (wholesale) will be required to start the account again.
- No returns are accepted.
Payment:
Prepayment is required for all orders. Paid through PayNow / PayLah / Bank Transfer.
- We do not accept Credit Card / GrabPay or any other form of payments at the moment.
International Orders: Bank Transfer / Paypal / Credit Card (Transaction fees to be paid by buyer - Paypal (3.9% to 4.4%+Fixed Fees), Credit Card (3.65%+S$0.50)
Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be shipped by Qxpress or other door to door Courier. Fees to be paid by buyer. Average cost is about +/- $20. Self-collection is also available in our store.

Lead time：
- existing stocks will be packed and ready to ship in average 1-2 weeks time.
- pre-order will take 1-2 months.
New Customers are to submit one copy of their ACRA Business Profile. (For international buyers: business license).
