Seek And You Will Find

Are there things about life that you don’t quite get? 

“Who placed us here? What’s the meaning of life? Is there really a God? Who is this God and does He love me?”

These questions may have crossed your mind from time to time - perhaps you’ve tried seeking answers to them but given up. Or perhaps you’ve never allowed yourself to go down this rabbit hole.

Such questions are important to ask, for the answers will give our lives more meaning and purpose.

Matthew 7:7-9 says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”

Whether or not you perceive it now, God is looking to connect with you and walk through life with you. If you take the first step of seeking, He’ll take the rest of the steps to chase after you and let Himself be found. In fact, He’s already been drawing you close to Himself all your life!

It may be hard to believe now, but be curious and you may very well be surprised by what you find.
