It’s the middle of the night and you can’t seem to fall asleep. The anxious and painful thoughts keep swarming round and round your head. There’s just a profound sense of loneliness.

It seems like no matter how many tears roll down your cheeks, no matter how much your heart hurts - nobody knows or cares.

Has that ever been you? In that moment, it might have seemed like you were alone. But that’s not the truth.

In the lowest and darkest moments of your life, the tear-filled times you’ve never told anybody about - you were never alone.

Never forsaken. Never unloved.

You have always been treasured, always been precious to the One who created you and knows your innermost being. He knit you together in your mother’s womb. You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

He was with you in the most painful of times, and He will continue to walk with you through the ups and downs of life.
