The devil is a liar - The Commandment Co's Short sermon series
 
 
Sometimes the devils lies come from other people, or just happen to pop into our heads. But many of us don’t realise that we can choose not to listen to that voice. When we believe those lies, the enemy rejoices because we are one step closer to destroying ourselves. But we can learn from Jesus. When Satan tempted Jesus thrice, and Jesus subsequently declared the truths in the bible and cause Satan to flee! (Matthew 4:1-11)

You are not alone in this battle, Satan attacks all of us! HIs goal is to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that we may enjoy life abundantly (John 10:10)! By declaring the word of God against the devil’s lies, we are breaking shackles and entering the abundant life!

When we know the truth, it will set us free (John 8:32). Every time the devil’s lies get to us, let’s fight back with God’s truth - by speaking out scripture!
