Grief is a natural response to the loss(es) in our lives. As we grapple with the different losses we might be suffering in the light of Covid-19, there’s probably never been a time when we’re grieving as much as we are now. Whether it’s the death of a loved one, the loss of meaningful employment, or the loss of freedom we once had, we might be finding ourselves feeling heavy-hearted and lost as we pick up the pieces of our lives.
