What is your greatest need?

While it differs for each of us, there is one which is the same for all, whether we recognise it or not; is to have God’s forgiveness of sins so that we can reunite with Him for eternity.

Created in His own image, man was once together with God. But due to man’s own folly and disobedience, we have been estranged with debts of sin. With “the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life" (Romans 6:16). Separated from God forever, this is the devastating outcome faced when we reject Christ. But God has bestowed us a gift – the redemption by Jesus Christ.

You have been redeemed and that is the good news of Jesus. Washed clean, our debts have been paid. But what happens here?

While we get caught up with our current needs, let us not forget about the greatest need of all. Let us not fall back into our foolish ways, and let us share this gift to those who have yet to!
