Song and dance always puts us in a better mood. But when we praise the Lord, it’s more than just song and dance. As we glorify His name, we are taking our eyes off ourselves and circumstances, and beholding God in all His beauty, magnificence and power! It acts as an act of surrender where we look to God instead of man and our current situations.

Most importantly, we can praise and worship God today because He HAS overcome the world! He has overcome your anxiety, insecurities and sticky situations!
