Turn to the Bible | Short Sermon Series

To all those who find themselves adrift during this phase of their journey, may this serve as a heartfelt prayer for you ❤️

"Dear God,

I'm feeling really lost right now. I don't know which way to go, and I don't want to make the wrong decision. Can I thwart your plans? Will one wrong move mess up your purposes for me?

Your word says that You've began a good work in me, and that You will carry it on to completion until Christ comes back again (Phil 1:6). Help me to place my faith in You and remember that You are sovereign. As long as I keep seeking You and allowing my desires to be shaped by You, I know You'll continue to guide me on the right paths.

Sometimes I do wish that You'd just give me a map. But I also know that relationship and intimacy is formed through the process of trusting You to be my guide. Besides, "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." (Ps 119:105) - Father, though the path ahead seems really dark right now, as I meditate on Your word, let it give me wisdom and light enough for the next right step.

As I walk, I pray that You would hold me close, for I am prone to wander. Thank you for Your love, and for Your word that calms my heart and gives me peace.
