As children of God, we are called not just to survive, but to thrive - to live lives of prosperity.

But what does prospering look like in the kingdom of God? Is a prosperous life one of riches and success? 

The day of Pentecost was unlike any other. The followers of Jesus were gathered together, when suddenly the Holy Spirit came like a rushing wind, filling the room and filling their hearts. Flames rested upon them, and words of truth poured out of their mouths in languages they had never learned. Confusion turned to awe as Peter stood and declared, “This is what was spoken by the prophet Joel.”

“... I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭17‬ ‭

Storms in your life are a given, as is news that feels like an earthquake, shaking and upending your world.

What then can we cling on to if every foundation we build our lives upon is shaky?

Still up late at night with a million thoughts running through your head? Tossing and turning as you try your best to get some sleep but the worries just don’t seem to go away?

What does it mean to create with God - not just for Him?

This upcoming creative conference is a Spirit-led gathering of Christian creatives from Asia and beyond, coming together with one shared heart: to steward creativity with excellence and use it to tell God’s stories.

In a world full of noise, this is a space to pause, realign, and rediscover the deeper purpose behind what we create.

Life is full of trouble… and there will be many instances where it will seem like you just don’t have the strength to continue on. The terror of living each day of life with your difficult circumstances, with no end in sight, can be a lot to bear.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it is also deeply demanding. It’s found in the quiet sacrifices no one sees. The early mornings, the late nights. The constant giving, serving, remembering, planning, holding everything together.

What are you chasing in this life? For most of us, it all boils down to this one thing - love. 

We want to be seen, known and accepted. We want to belong and be cared for by others. We want to be loved.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 is an incredible summary of what love is - 

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”

Have you ever felt like just another face in the crowd? Like, if you disappeared, nobody would really notice or care?

Our hearts are largely shaped by the thoughts we dwell on and the information and relationships we surround ourselves with. And just like a feedback loop, the state of our hearts will influence which thoughts we prefer to dwell on, the information that we want to seek out, and the relationships we decide to hold close.

How do we know if the Holy Spirit is working within us?

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23
