If you struggle with anxiety, the feeling of your heart racing, your hands shaking, and your mind flooding with a million panicked thoughts would be a feeling you know all too well.
The problem with anxiety is that it grows the more you focus on it. If you’re anxious about something, you’re likely going to think about that uncomfortable situation often, worrying and ruminating about what happened, or what might happen.
We were made to be in relationship with God – to walk this life hand in hand with Him. One way God desires for us to grow in intimacy with Him is through the development of our faith.
Have you ever from time to time genuinely wondered, “Why am I here?” Sometimes we might feel replaceable – the world doesn’t really need me does it? Does what I do make any difference?

As we bid farewell to the holiday season, a hint of trepidation may linger in the air, accompanied by a touch of weariness. As we embrace the warmth of May's embrace, let our hearts turn to the timeless words of Psalm 34:8, which resonate, “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”

As a follower of Christ, you and I are disciples too...
As Noah sought to leave the ark after floating for 40 days and 40 nights, he sent out a bird to see if there was dry land. Eventually the bird returned with an olive leaf, indicating that the earth was recovering and life would soon be supported again.
In those immediate moments after the flood, wickedness was wiped out from the earth, and only Noah’s family remained. The world was in a period of relative peace – that is, until Noah and his family began to grow and once again, give in to the temptation of sin.
Even amidst the blooming beauty of May and the lively vibes it brings, some of us find it challenging to bask in the same sense of delight. While the world around us is adorned with the colors of spring, a few may grapple with burdens and fears, making it difficult to fully embrace the joyous spirit of the season. In the midst of May's blossoms, let's acknowledge the varying emotions and offer understanding to those navigating through challenges.
How can we celebrate or be joyful when it seems like life isn’t going the way we wanted it to? How do we feel joyful in the midst of our pain?
Happy May! As we step into the vibrant month of May, we're curious about the journey you've undertaken so far this year. With every passing month, we encounter a mix of highs and lows – May has a unique way of casting its spell on our experiences.
